Because many Los Resort pieces are restored vintage or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Eligible Exceptions
Refund or replacement requests may be considered only for:
Significant undisclosed damage
Incorrect item received
Verified transit damage properly documented
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:
Photographs
Packaging photos
Written description

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Buyers’ remorse
Slight color variation
Expected vintage wear / patina
Fit or dimension issues where measurements were provided
Custom / restored-to-order pieces
Approved Claims
Approved claims may result in:
Repair
Replacement (if available)
Studio credit
Partial or full refund at our discretion
