Returns + Refund Policy

Because many Los Resort pieces are restored vintage or one-of-a-kind, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Eligible Exceptions

Refund or replacement requests may be considered only for:

  • Significant undisclosed damage

  • Incorrect item received

  • Verified transit damage properly documented

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photographs

  • Packaging photos

  • Written description

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyers’ remorse

  • Slight color variation

  • Expected vintage wear / patina

  • Fit or dimension issues where measurements were provided

  • Custom / restored-to-order pieces

Approved Claims

Approved claims may result in:

  • Repair

  • Replacement (if available)

  • Studio credit

  • Partial or full refund at our discretion
