In-stock pieces typically ship within 5 business days.

The shipping timeline for custom restoration or made-to-order pieces will be discussed and agreed with customers prior to purchase.

Delivery Methods

Orders may ship via:

  • Standard parcel carrier

  • White glove freight

  • Customers’ own shipper

  • Local Los Angeles delivery

  • Studio pickup by appointment

Shipping methods are determined by item size and destination.

Customers are responsible for purchase and shipping payment prior to dispatch.

Freight Deliveries

Freight deliveries require:

  • Accessible delivery location

  • Accurate contact information

  • Customer availability for scheduling

Missed appointments or failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all freight deliveries before signing acceptance.

Visible damage must be:

Signing without notation confirms delivery in acceptable condition unless concealed damage is reported within 48 hours.

White Glove / Threshold Limitations

Unless explicitly stated, and where applicable, delivery service does not include:

  • Assembly

  • Placement Styling

  • Debris removal

  • Installation
