Freight Deliveries

Accurate contact information
Customer availability for scheduling
Missed appointments or failed delivery attempts may incur additional fees.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all freight deliveries before signing acceptance.
Visible damage must be:
noted with the carrier at delivery
photographed
reported to hello@losresort.com within 48 hours
Signing without notation confirms delivery in acceptable condition unless concealed damage is reported within 48 hours.
