By using this website and purchasing products from Los Resort, you agree to these Terms.

Products Availability + One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Los Resort specializes in restored vintage furnishings and limited inventory pieces.  Many products are one-of-a-kind and subject to prior sale.

In rare cases of simultaneous purchase, studio or market sale, or inventory discrepancy, Los Resort reserves the right to cancel and fully refund affected orders.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or adjust pricing at any time.

Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe products.

Due to:

• screen calibration differences

• natural material variation

• vintage patina

• restoration characteristics

actual appearance may vary slightly from images.

Vintage Condition Disclosure

Los Resort specializes in restored vintage furnishings.  Minor evidence of age, wear, character, and restoration craftsmanship is part of each item’s history and not considered a defect.

Restoration Disclosure

Los Resort is an independent restoration studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by original manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

References to original designers or manufacturers are used solely for identification purposes.

Pricing + Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies.

Limitation of Liability

Los Resort shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our products or website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.
